When will my order be shipped?
We will process the order within 1-5 working days, and customized products will be processed within 3-9 working days. Since customized products take a long time to process, we hope you understand.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on different delivery methods. Standard delivery: within 7-20 working days after shipment. Delivery time may be longer during peak hours or customs inspection. In special cases, delivery time may be delayed by 5 working days. We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time, but we are not responsible for delayed delivery or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.
If you change the delivery address？
There is a very limited time window to change the delivery address. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number to change the delivery address. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped.
How do I modify/cancel my order?
After payment, you have a very limited time to modify/cancel your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service and provide the order number to modify/cancel the order. Sorry, orders cannot be modified/cancelled after they have been shipped.
